Holly Grove LLC — Styling Services Agreement

General Terms and Conditions

(Apply to all services including Ask a Stylist and Styling Packages)

Effective Date: The date payment is received.

Welcome to the styling services provided by Sara Acevedo (“Stylist,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) operating through Holly Grove LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or using any of our services—including but not limited to Ask a Stylist, Styling Packages, or any bespoke styling offerings—you (“Client” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Holly Grove LLC.

1. User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting styling advice or services. This includes photos, body measurements, style preferences, budgets, and occasion details. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or affect the quality of the service.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full before any services or advice are delivered.

  • Refund eligibility varies by service and is specified in each service section below.

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and deducted from any approved refunds.

3. Intellectual Property

All recommendations, written communications, documents, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Sara Acevedo and Holly Grove LLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

4. No Guarantees

Style is subjective. While we strive to provide helpful, relevant advice and services, outcomes depend on personal taste, body shape, item availability, and other factors beyond our control. No guarantees of satisfaction or results are implied.

5. Privacy

All personal information and images you share are confidential. They will not be used for marketing or shared publicly without your explicit consent. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided by Holly Grove LLC and Sara Acevedo. You agree to release us from any liability for losses, damages, dissatisfaction, or injury arising from use of the services or reliance on our advice. This includes missed events, financial losses, or emotional distress.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

The Client acknowledges that timely participation, scheduling, and responsiveness are essential to the successful delivery of services. Holly Grove LLC and Sara Acevedo are not liable for delays, incomplete deliverables, or diminished results caused by the Client’s failure to comply with scheduling requirements, provide necessary information, or follow agreed-upon recommendations. The Client assumes full responsibility for their engagement in the process and waives any claims against Holly Grove LLC and Sara Acevedo related to outcomes resulting from non-compliance or lack of cooperation.

7. Changes to Terms

These General Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of any service after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 1: Ask a Stylist Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

Ask a Stylist offers personalized style advice delivered within 24 hours. This is a one-time service per inquiry and does not create an ongoing stylist-client relationship. After payment, you will receive a survey to complete. Once submitted, you will receive three (3) tailored suggestions, which may include targeted advice, curated shopping links, or outfit recommendations.

2. Delivery Time

Advice is delivered via email within 24 hours of receiving your complete request and all necessary details. If more time is needed, you will be notified promptly.

3. Scope of Service

This is an advisory-only service with no physical items delivered. Satisfaction with third-party products or services is not guaranteed.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made in full prior to receiving advice.

  • All sales are final unless advice is not delivered as promised.

Section 2: Styling Packages Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Description

    Styling packages are tailored services designed to meet a range of client needs. Due to their customized nature, only the Wardrobe Foundations and Wardrobe Refresh packages are fully detailed on the website. Their specific deliverables are outlined below. All other packages—including The Signature Wardrobe Build and Style Concierge—are governed by written agreements, email correspondence, and mutually approved budgets.

Wardrobe Foundations (Virtual):

  • You must schedule and complete the one-hour virtual session within 60 days of purchase. If the session is not completed within this timeframe, delivery of the package and related services will be at the Stylist’s discretion.

  • Follow-up materials, including a personalized style document, will be delivered within 7 business days after the session.

Wardrobe Refresh (Virtual):

  • You must schedule and complete the one-hour virtual session within 60 days of purchase. If the session is not completed within this timeframe, delivery of the package and related services will be at the Stylist’s discretion.

  • Follow-up materials—including a mood board and a curated shopping list with up to 10 personalized shopping links for key wardrobe pieces—will be delivered within 10 business days after the session.

  • Shopping links for suggested items are carefully selected with your size availability in mind and based on current stock at the time of delivery. However, inventory and pricing can change quickly, so these links may expire or become unavailable if not acted upon promptly.

The Signature Wardrobe Build (Virtual and In-Person):

  • A comprehensive wardrobe audit focusing on key pieces and categories; note that not every item in your closet will be reviewed.

  • Style mapping including body type and color analysis, mood boards that define your signature style.

  • Personalized shopping, sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination, and tailoring recommendations.

  • Styling guidance to seamlessly integrate new pieces into your wardrobe.

  • Investment starts at $4,500 and varies based on scope and budget.

  • Deliverables and timelines will be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the start of service.

Style Concierge:

  • Ongoing monthly wardrobe management and styling support, available only after completing The Signature Wardrobe Build.

  • Monthly wardrobe reviews, ongoing shopping, seasonal refreshes, event styling, and priority access for styling questions.

  • Investment starts at $2,000/month and is customized per client.

  • Terms and deliverables are defined through written agreement.

  • A minimum three-month commitment is required to begin the Style Concierge service. After completing the initial three months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Please note that all outstanding reimbursements, purchases, or expenses must be settled before cancellation is finalized.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required before services begin.

  • Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase only if no work has started.

  • After 24 hours or once work has commenced, refunds are at the Stylist’s discretion.

  • Any approved refund will exclude credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Due to the personalized nature of styling packages, refunds are generally not provided once work has started, or deliverables have been sent.

  • All budget details involving stylist purchases will be agreed upon and signed in writing beforehand. A deposit may be required from the client.
